code of conduct

By participating in any event, program or activity organised by Dash, you are expected to respect everyone in our organization regardless of their gender, race, religion, age, sexual orientation, disability or other aspects related to appearance, origin, or identity. We do not accept any kind of disrespectful behavior in any of our events, at volunteering related activities or occasions.

Dash is meant to be a positive experience from the beginning to the end for all attendees, volunteers, and other contributors.
Disrespectful behavior includes, but is not limited to:

Anyone violating these rules may be expelled from Dash at the discretion of the Dash team. The Dash Code of Conduct has been established to ensure that every attendee in our event feels safe and respected. If you are subjected to unacceptable behavior, notice that someone else is being subjected to unacceptable behaviour, or have any other concerns, please notify Dash event staff or contact the harassment contact people of the event as soon as possible. The event staff will be available to assist those experiencing unacceptable behavior to feel safe for the duration of the event. All events have designated HCP (harassment contact persons) introduced at the beginning of events, identifiable and contactable with the information on the HCP posters around the venue. All raised cases will be handled confidentially and thoroughly, involving all parties and if necessary, third parties such as the police.

Let’s create a movement for a better designed future together - with love, pride and compassion!
